How to enter
2. This competition runs from 1 PM of October 18th 2024 to 12 PM of October 23rd 2024.
3. This competition is open to residents in Denmark. Employees of Colgate-Palmolive, its affiliates and any of the agencies or companies associated with this promotion including their immediate families are not eligible for prizes.
4. To enter the competition participants should follow @sanexdk and comment who they want to share the price with. The prize consists of one Salomon backpack, 1 Sanex backpack as well as 4 Sanex products front he Protector series. There is one prize for the winner and one prize for the person the winner commentented he/she would like to share the price with.
5. At 1 PM on October 23rc the winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from @sanexdk and asked for their address and contact number in order to ship them the prize. Participants cannot win more than once. Colgate-Palmolive A/S will only declare winners from the eligible entries.
6. Winners will need to respond to Colgate-Palmolive A/S within 21 days to claim their prize or forfeit this prize. If the second winner does not claim their prize within the stipulated time, the prize becomes null and void. Should Colgate-Palmolive A/S be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, Colgate-Palmolive A/S reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. Entrants consent to that information will be used to contact the winners and deliver the prize.
8. All prizes are not transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
9. Colgate-Palmolive A/S reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
10. In the event of a dispute, Colgate-Palmolive A/S decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Colgate-Palmolive A/S is entitled to institute any reasonable security measures to ensure that the rules are adhered to. Colgate-Palmolive A/S reserves the right to delete duplicate and fraudulent entries, as well as disqualify participants if we suspect any activity not deemed within the spirit of the competition has taken place.
12. Colgate-Palmolive A/S reserves the right to alter, cancel or delay this competition without notice.
13. Comments that include inappropriate and/or offensive content, including violence, human rights and/or environmental violation, and/or any other contents deemed to be contrary to the law, religious, cultural & moral traditions and practices in Denmark are strictly prohibited and will be immediately discarded.
14. Colgate-Palmolive A/S respects your privacy in accordance with the laws protecting personal data (including without limitation the EC Directive on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation) and all local laws or regulations giving effect to this Directive. If you provide personal data to Colgate-Palmolive A/S in connection with this competition, Colgate-Palmolive A/S will only process it in connection with the competition, for its record-keeping purposes and in connection with its activities that relate to it. Colgate-Palmolive A/S and its worldwide affiliates may use and disclose your personal data for these agreed purposes. Except as set forth above, your data will be kept confidential.
15. Participants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
16. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing information to Colgate-Palmolive A/S and not to Facebook. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on prizes.
